Prepare chutney by grinding all ingredients together that are mentioned for chutney.
Knead soft dough by adding flour, 1 teaspoon oil, salt. Apply another teaspoon oil and set aside for 20 minutes to rest.
Prepare salad by adding onions, capsicum, carrots, salt, spices and lemon juice. Mix everything well.
In a wok heat oil, add ginger garlic paste and saute. Add onions and roast till soft.
Add boiled green peas and sweet corn and cook.
Then add mashed boiled potatoes and mix well
Also add all the spices and salt and mix together. prepare kathis out of this filling. Add oil in a griller pan and roast the kathis over it.
Pinch big lemon sized dough balls and Roll out thin chapatis from the dough. Roast the chapatis just for few seconds.
Press with napkin to cook the edges.
Prepare all the chapatis in the same manner.
Make the rolls by applying a tablespoon of chutney on the chapati.

Roll chapatis and roast over the same grill pan using oil as required.
Cook from both sides evenly until light golden.
